In 2004, I moved full-time to Cape Cod. Even for me, the process was exasperating. I was my own worst nightmare, searching listings and scheduling showings for nine months. My reason for relocating was desire rather than need, causing me to be more particular and less yielding. I saw many lovely homes, but not one of them made me want to cling to the banister and claim it as mine. Then one day, a new listing popped on MLS that looked more than interesting, so I abandoned my obligations and drove immediately to The Cape. It was my house. Finally.

I understand the impatience of house buying and selling. It is a very difficult decision. Once the decision has been made, we always hope that the sale or purchase will be without incident or delay. By listening to my clients and asking plenty of questions, I have honed the skill of matching people to property, saving them the time and the frustration of seeing houses that are not a good fit.
